বাংলায় সাইবার আইন
আমরা Covid19 বা করোনাভাইরাসের আক্রমণজনিত লকডাউনের সময়ে বুঝতে পেরেছি যে ইন্টারনেট তথা সাইবার বিশ্ব আমাদের জীবনে এক গুরুত্বপূর্ণ অংশ অধিকার করেছে। এই অবস্থায় অসতর্কতার কারণে বিভিন্নভাবে মানুষ প্রতিমুহূর্তে বিভিন্ন সাইবার ক্রাইম-এর ফাঁদে পড়ছেন। বর্তমানে উদ্ভুত পরিস্থিতিতে বাংলাভাষী মানুষকে সহজে সাইবার আইন বিষয়ে অবগত করার জন্য বাংলায় সাইবার আইনের এই অ্যাপটি প্রকাশ করেছেন বিশিষ্ট আইনজীবী এবং তথ্য প্রযুক্তি আইনজ্ঞ শ্রী বিভাস চ্যাটার্জী। এরমধ্যে তথ্যপ্রযুক্তি আইনের সাম্প্রতিকতম সংশোধন পর্যন্ত বাংলায় অনুবাদ করা হয়েছে। এছাড়াও এখানে একটা সারণি দেওয়া হয়েছে যাতে খুব সহজে বিভিন্ন ধরনের সাইবার ক্রাইমের কীভাবে বিচার করা হবে সে সম্বন্ধে বলা আছে—বিভিন্ন সাইবার অপরাধের বিচার প্রক্রিয়া সম্বন্ধে জানতে হলে এই সারণি খুব কার্যকর হবে আশা করা যায়। এছাড়াও, এই অ্যাপের মাধ্যমে একটি ইউটিউব চ্যানেলে যাওয়া যাবে যেখানে বিভিন্ন সাইবার আইন এবং অপরাধের প্রতিকার সম্বন্ধে বেশ কিছু ভিডিও আপলোড করা হয়েছে। আপনারা এই অ্যান্ড্রয়েড অ্যাপটি গুগ্ল প্লে স্টোরে পাবেন। এটি ব্যবহার করে ভালো লাগলে কমেন্ট করুন এবং যাঁরা এই অ্যাপ সম্পর্কে জানেন না তাঁদের সঙ্গে শেয়ার করুন। এটি একটি বিজ্ঞাপন মুক্ত অ্যাপ, মাত্র ৮ এমবির মতো জায়গা নেবে।

Electronic Evidence is the ultimatum of modern day evidence appreciation. This app deals in depth with very peculiar nature of electronic evidence, Cyber forensics, chain of custody. This also provides portion of Indian Evidence Act and Information Technology Act relevant to electronic evidence. This app also contains the relevant portion of the landmark judgements on electronic evidence. More than twenty-five judgements have been discussed. Four important criminal cases, which could be solved wholly depending on electronic evidences, have also been discussed.
