What is ‘On the Job Training (OJT)’ on Cyber Security?

OJT on Cyber Security are a series of training modules targeted toward the self-learning of skills to identify, segregate, pre-empt, prevent, contain cyber-threats looming over Government IT Infrastructure and to and remedy the effect of cyber-attacks should they occur. IT Infrastructure comprises IT Assets – Hardware & Software; IT Processes – Policy and SOP, IT Systems – Controls, Tools, Languages, Auditing processes and IT Applications –Output of all of before. The uniqueness of OJT lies in the training of incumbents at their place of work. The training model shall comprise of classroom trainings and hands on practical coaching sessions.
